The distributor of a child pornography is judged in St.-Petersburg

He was known under given nickname on the conspiracy forums created by persons who are interested in pornographic images of the minors (child pornography). In September 2008 this user placed on one of the file exchange resources a file containing 69 pornographic images of minors with scenes of sadism, sexual acts of children with animals.

It has been established during the spent operatively-search actions that nickname “k***" was used by  Mr. Kurilev, 1960 of birth.

In April 2009 the search has been made in the apartment of Kurilev. The computer and 7 DVD disks containing pornographic images of minors have been confiscated.

In August, 2009 Mr. Kurilev was judged by the district court of St.-Petersburg, according to the clause 242.1, point «6» of part 2 of the Сcriminal Сode of the Russian Federation to three years of imprisonment with the maintenance in a colony of the general regime. By definition of the St.-Petersburg's city court from 05.11.2009 the sentence has been changed to two years of imprisonment.
