Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees is a deliberate body, inspecting the Foundation’s activities. It includes the people of authority and respect, who support our Foundation’s goals. The first Board of Trustees membership is formed by the Foundation’s incorporator. The new coming of the Board members are invited by the working Board members and are necessarily confirmed by the Board of Founders. The number of Boards’ members may vary from 3 to 12.
The Board's terms of reference provide for controlling the Foundation’s expenditures, inspecting independently its financial and economic activities, giving recommendations considering the main Foundation’s sphere of action and also carrying out the media and organizational support in fund rising for our Foundation!
